This agreement governs the terms (“Terms”) by which the members (“You”) may access and use the content and services (“Services”) available at MyRelaxation.Online Web site (“Site”).

By using our Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, the modified Terms will be posted on this page. We will send email communication advising you of all important changes.

Free membership
You may use the Services if you are 16 years or older.
Paid membership
You may use the Services if you are 18 years or older.
Creating an account
A personal account is required for using the Services.
You agree to keep your credentials confidential. You agree to make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services, including by children.
You may not share your account and password, allow third parties to use your account nor assist anyone who is not a registered User to gain access to the Services. You agree to be fully responsible for all and any actions that take place through your account.
You agree to immediately change your credentials if you become aware of unauthorized access or use of your account.
Language and Availability of Services
You agree that the Services may not be available in your languages or in your country.
Subscriptions
The Services include certain features available only to paid members. You can gain access to these features by purchasing a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription (“Subscription”).
When you purchase a Subscription or a Product, we will ask you to supply additional information relevant, such as your credit card details and billing address. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any and all payment method(s) represented by the information you provide to us.
We agree to clearly indicate the total amount to be paid, the date of the next payment, and the payment frequency before you start the payment.
You authorize us to provide your payment information to third party payment providers and agree to pay the applicable fees and / or taxes.
If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or dispute your payment unless you have made a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by contacting our support.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion if, for example, your credit card is declined or if we suspect the payment details are fraudulent.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
All subscriptions, except lifetime memberships, are automatically renewed at the end of their term (monthly or annually) until you cancel it.
The Services are prepaid in advance for the duration of the subscription term. That is, a monthly membership plan is prepaid for a month. An annual plan is prepaid for the entire year.
You can cancel your subscription any time via your online account dashboard. Please note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically mean receiving a refund for the past or the remaining time in your subscription term. Cancelling only means your subscription will not be automatically renewed from that point on. You will retain full access to the Services until the end of your paid term.
Refund Policy
We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the best customer experience and to assist you with resolving any issues that may prevent you from using our Services.
However, if you wish to discontinue using the Services and ask for refund, please read below:
Refund Policy for Monthly Streaming Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions (Streaming) we will offer you a free 7 days trial that allows you to try the Services at no risk for you.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, we will charge your account in accordance with the subscription terms.
You can cancel your subscription any time via your online account dashboard but we will not offer refunds for the current subscription month.
Refund Policy for Lifetime Passes And Annual Subscriptions
You can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase of a lifetime membership pass or annual subscription.
Please note that the value of the digital products downloaded during the first 7 days of the membership will be deducted from the refund amount.
For example:
If you purchased the Ultimate Pass lifetime membership and downloaded one digital product priced at $10, we will deduct $10 from the amount of the refund.
If you purchased the Value Pass lifetime membership and downloaded one digital product priced at $10, we will deduct $5 from the amount of the refund.
Changes to Price and Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription terms at any time. Changes to the pricing and terms will not apply retroactively to active subscriptions.
Downloadable Content / Digital Downloads Purchases
Licensing
Any downloadable content available through the Services is licensed, not sold, to you. You do not become the owner of downloaded content and no copyrights are transferred to you.
The license expressly forbids:
a) Re-sell or re-distribution of any downloaded content either as is or after making modifications.
b) Claiming the ownership of downloaded content. For example, if you downloaded a guided meditation script (even for commercial use) you cannot claim that you are the author.
c) For the audio content specifically, it is forbidden to register downloaded audio content with any third-party distribution or marketplace service, including but not limited to YouTube’s Content ID (or any other digital fingerprinting system), music streaming platforms, stock audio libraries, and so on.
Refund Policy for Downloaded Content
All download sales are considered final.
Restrictions and Limitations
These Terms expressly forbid:
a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, or otherwise circumvent content protection mechanisms of the Services, as well as probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any our system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
b) attempt to access, capture, or download any content from the Services through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders robots, crawlers, screen recording tools, audio or video stream capturing apps, or similar technology) other than access mechanisms provided by the Services and included with your membership plan.
c) provide false or inaccurate account information, including but not limited to impersonating any other person, sharing your credentials, or creating bulk accounts.
d) access, search or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
e) copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works of our Services.
f) re-distribute the content that was licensed to your via the Services.
g) create any derivative content or products based on the content available via the Services.
h) use the Services for any commercial purpose or in any manner not permitted by these Terms.
i) Violate any applicable law or regulation or encourage or enable any other individual to do so.
The Services are offered ‘as is’. The Services should not be treated as medical or health advise / treatment and offered for information and entertainment purposes only.
The Services are provided without any representations or warranties, express or implied, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not warrant or represent that the Services will be always available, or available at all, true, accurate, complete, current or non-misleading.
You agree that our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by you to us. You agree to use the Services without any other warranty or recourse and agree to indemnify Site owners, directors, and employees, from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses resulting from your usage of the Services.
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you if we determine that you violated any conditions of these Terms.
Privacy Policy
When you create an account, we ask for your name and email. We use this information to personalize your user experience, process payments, and to communicate with you.
By providing your email to us you agree to receive electronic messages related to your account. This includes the transnational (order confirmation, subscription expiration or cancellation notifications, important announcements) and marketing (special offers, catalog updates, new features) messages.
We use MailChimp as our email platform. Your name and email address will be transferred to MailChimp and will be processed with accordance to their privacy policy and terms of use.

By using the Site and the Services, you agree that your account information will be retained for as long as the Site remains operational.
When you visit the Site, a small text file called a cookie is created and placed in your computer / device.
