Short, 1 minute focus meditation script (PDF and MS Word formats) to help you relax, feel more grounded and centered, and ultimately focus on what you want to achieve. This script was created by a professional meditation coach who will guide you through a series of simple mind exercises.

Focus meditation serves as a powerful tool to anchor ourselves in the present moment, helping us feel more grounded, centered, and attuned to the now.

In the midst of life's constant hustle and bustle, our minds often wander to the past or future, leading to stress and disconnection. Through focus meditation, we intentionally direct our attention to a specific point of focus, such as the breath, a mantra, or a sensation.

This deliberate concentration gently guides us away from distractions, inviting us to fully embrace the present.

By consistently practicing focus meditation, we cultivate the art of mindfulness – the practice of being fully engaged in the here and now. This heightened awareness allows us to detach from the chaos of thoughts and external pressures, nurturing a sense of inner calm and stability. As we learn to observe our thoughts without judgment during meditation, we also develop the ability to approach challenges in life with a balanced perspective.

You can use this focus meditation script to record your own guided meditation audio or video for commercial use and for sale. Please choose the "Professional / Business" pricing option from the menu above.

Consider using some relaxing meditation music while practicing positivity meditation.

Return To The Now (1 Min Focus Meditation)

Welcome to this meditation for returning to the now.

Being aware of the present moment is something that should be treasured.

It can allow you to relax and get out of your head and focus on what you really want and need in life.

So, soften your gaze without closing your eyes, not even looking at anything in particular.

Allow your eyes to just wander around … noticing how far away things are from you or how close they are …

What you are seeing is the now … our vision is in the present moment … and it should be cherished …

And your mind will wander and think about things in the past and things that will happen in the future …

But let's return to looking at something in your room that is casting a shadow … find anywhere a shadow is resting … and just notice its darkness …

Returning to the now again, if your mind has wandered and found the light … see the sources of light around you … see how the light lays upon the things in your surroundings …

The light is happening right now, it is not in the past and is not in the future; it is a constant of the now…

You are doing so well …

Allow your eyes to close now, and begin remembering what you just saw in your surroundings …

Can you remember where the shadows are…?
