Take a big deep breath to center yourself as we begin … breathe in deeply once more, and as you exhale allow your eyes to close …

Now, I'd like for you to visualize a goal or dream that you have: it can be something really grand or it could be something small …

See your goal right now as if you've already achieved it …

Notice what you are doing when you have your goal in hand …

What kinds of things are you doing when you have achieved this goal…?

Exactly how far in the future are you imagining right now…?

Now, let's rewind just a little bit back in time just before you achieve this goal …

Notice how you are feeling when you can see your goal is right ahead …
