So, let's begin by bringing your attention to the breath, without manipulating your breath, just notice how it comes in and goes out…

You can feel the air passing through your nostrils or breath however you want to breathe right now is perfectly ok…

And if you notice your mind wanders, return your attention to the breath, sustaining your attention on the air … the gentle oxygen coming in and out …

And you may notice that by simply placing your attention on the breath, it begins to slow down and even relax you …

Allow for this relaxation … I bet it feels really nice …

And if your mind wanders, you can hear your breath coming in and out …

Now, gain conscious control of your breath and take a deep breath in, noticing how your lungs expand as they’re filled with oxygen … and let the breath go, sinking even deeper into relaxation…
