Make sure you are in a comfortable position and that you will not be disturbed or distracted for the
duration of this session.
Begin to take in a deep breath, and as you exhale, feel relaxation sweep naturally over you. Breathe in
again and say to yourself, “I am abundant,” and exhale feeling completely relaxed. Take one more really
full deep breath and say, “Abundance flows to me and through me.” And exhale feeling completely
relaxed once again.
Now, begin to notice your body and how it is full of the energy of the universe. The vital life force is
coursing through your entire self-right now, and maybe you didn’t notice it before now. So just become
fully aware of the beautiful energy within you to create abundance in whatever way you desire.
You deserve an abundant life so much so that your abundance overflows to those around you, affecting
their lives for the better.
As you breathe deeply, hear these wonderful affirmations about your natural bounty of endless energy
that is here to make your life the best it can be as well as extend to those around you.
