Take a deep breath in and exhale as you feel any tension from the workday begin to loosen, and maintain good posture in a seated position.

Breathe in slowly and deeply when you breathe out, allow your eyes to close so that you can forget about the outside world for the next 5 minutes.

Feeling how the simple act of closing your eyes calms you down, breathe in slowly once more, and slowly exhale, then allow your breath to return to its automatic rhythm.
