Healing With Each Breath Meditation

Welcome to this simple breathing session. Becoming relaxed is easier than you may think, all it takes is a few minutes of your undivided attention.

So, make sure you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything… finding a comfortable position somewhere you can easily relax… you want to have all of your body supported and clothing loosened around the waist to allow for easy breathing… you may close your eyes at any time…

Begin by taking a nice big breath in, expanding your lungs as much as you can.

And as you let the breath out, pay attention to the sound that the air makes as you exhale.

When you breathe in, hear the sounds of the air coming into your lungs…

Placing all of your attention on the breath, breathe in as much as you can expanding your lungs and feeling your belly rise.

Let the air go, and feel yourself relaxing.

Now, breathe in again fully focused on the air coming in.

And breathe out focusing on the feeling of the out-breath.

Breathe in… noticing your body filling with air… and breathe out… feeling your body contract…

Allow your breath to return to a natural, automatic flow, and notice how you feel...
