Please, find a comfortable place where you can tune out the world around you for the duration of this session, this time is for only you. Feel a sense of gratitude for this moment…

At any time you wish, please close your eyes to allow for a more powerful experience.

Become conscious of things that bring you stress… What are some stress factors in your life? Can you notice the feelings that they cause…? You may focus on the stress that you have today, becoming aware of how this stress affects your emotions…

Simply let these stressful elements flow through your mind… you can allow for the stress to come, and allow for it to go…

I will guide you through some breathing techniques that will help you let go of this stress…

Picture your stress in front of you however it appears is perfectly fine…

(Pause)

Breathe very deeply now, filling your lungs as much as you can… holding your breath just for a moment at the top… and when you breathe out, imagine that you can blow away that stress… see it drifting away from you…

Again, breathe in fully… imagine you are filling your lungs to the maximum capacity… hold the breath to build strength… and breathe out… blowing the burden away from you…

One last time… breathe in fully and with passion… hold it, feel your confidence rise… exhale, blowing away any tension…

Good…

Let your breath settle to a slower rhythm now, and notice how these 3 large breaths made you feel...
