Please begin with a natural and comfortable sitting position. Feel free to have your back supported if you wish.

Let your eyes fall shut and keep them closed for the remainder of your meditation.

Take a slow and easy breath in and out as you sink into the comfort of this space...

Let your breath come in and out through only the nose... feeling the coolness of the air as it enters the nostrils... and the warmth as it exits... or maybe you notice something different...

Pay attention to only the air coming in and out through your nostrils...

Breathing in through the nose...

Breathing out through the nose...

This is a very relaxing and meditative practice... continue on your own...
