Hello, and welcome to this breathing exercise meditation.
I will guide you through some powerful breathing techniques that can be utilized in the morning when you wake up or shortly after to energize yourself to start the day in the direction of your best self.
Get into a comfortable position and make sure your clothing is loose around the waist to allow for easy breathing, giving yourself the maximum benefit of this exercise.
We will begin by breathing with the diaphragm. Your diaphragm is located at the top of your abdomen, just below the ribs. It is the source of your confidence. As you inhale, your diaphragm contracts down, creating space in your chest for air to fill the lungs. When you exhale, the diaphragm relaxes and expands, this is why you feel so relaxed when you breathe out.
Consciously breathing while focusing on this muscle builds your confidence with each breath you take, allowing for you to communicate honestly with others and speak your truth.
