If you haven’t already, gently close your eyes…

This time you have planned for yourself... You have nowhere to be right now and nothing to do but relax… become balanced… and let go of anything that holds you back from feeling your best…

Feel the breath… allowing it to relax you… Breathing in… expanding… breathing out… contracting…
