Welcome to your 7-day meditation course for Feeling Gratitude, this is session 1.
Gratitude is one of the strongest energetically charged positive emotions that can push us towards the life we want to live.
First, please make sure you are in a quiet location, in a place where no one will distract you.
Gently allow your eyes to close, drawing your attention closely to the breath… you are able to breathe in deeply and fully when you focus on the breath… Allow your lungs to expand to their fullest with air.
Every exhale takes you deeper into relaxation…
Take another deep breath in, following the feeling of the cool air coming through the nose and down the throat…
Exhaling… relaxing…
Tune in to the body, without attaching judgment, see if you can notice any sensations within the body…
(Pause)
Maybe you can notice sensations that give you feelings of comfort…
(Pause)
Perhaps you can even notice any sensations of discomfort…
(Pause)
Just witness these feelings, no need to worry about changing them or wishing things would feel different…

Now, bring about a sense of gratitude for your current state of being… right now, you are very relaxed, all is well…
